Your product has an energy label
Refrigeration, washing machines, dishwashers, televisions, lamps, air conditioners, and since June 20, 2025, also smartphones and tablets. Each model receives its own entry.
You are the first to place the model on the EU market
This can be as a manufacturer, importer, or authorized representative. If you resell something that is already registered, you must verify that it has actually been done.
You are releasing a variant or a new model
A different model designation requires a different registration, even if the device is technically identical. This is where product ranges often quietly fall out of compliance.
You provide the data, we do the rest

What does an EPREL registration cost?
We charge per model, as that is the unit the database operates with. Tiered pricing applies for five or more models and ten or more models, as the process becomes faster. You receive a fixed price upfront, so there are no hidden costs.
When must the registration be completed?
Before you place the model on the market. Not at the time of the first sale or the first inspection, but before. This makes EPREL primarily a planning matter: we need your data as soon as your supplier has it.
My manufacturer says they have already registered it. Is that sufficient?
Not if you sell under your own brand. A factory registration is linked to their model designation. Yours is a different model. Whoever places the model on the EU market under their own name must register it themselves.
What do you need from me?
The technical data and test reports from your supplier, plus the model designations you will be using. We verify this data against the values prescribed by the regulation and inform you if anything is missing.
How long does it take?
Five working days after we have received your complete data. The wait is therefore not with us, but with your supplier who must provide the measurement data.
What if my data changes later?
Then we update the registration. A changed value or a new round of testing should be in the database; otherwise, your label will deviate from your file.
